You Can Feel Connected And Safe In Your Relationships With Yourself And Others
You can just be you on this journey.
This is a judgement free zone where you can speak your personal truths. I will be your partner in learning more about yourself and others. Together we will learn how to leave behind the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that no longer serve you and carry the best parts of yourself on the journey to becoming confident, connected and effective.
How I Work
My approach relies heavily on getting to know you and your story. By learning about the important people, experiences, strengths and challenges in your life I can tap into a variety of treatment modalities to meet your specific needs. By investing time in getting to know you I hope to build a safe space for you to work through tough topics and supportive space to celebrate triumphs both big and small.
