We are paneled with multiple insurance companies, whether your insurance is accepted will vary based on clinician. Please email a copy of the front and back of your insurance card, along with your date of birth, prior to your appointment and our administration team can help determine if your insurance will be accepted.

If you have out-of-network benefits included in your insurance plan, we can provide you with a “superbill” which you can use to get partial reimbursement. We have included details below on how to ask and understand your out-of-network benefit, but please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. We are happy to assist you.

All therapy sessions end 7 minutes earlier than their allocated time. Therefore, 1 hour sessions would be reduced to 53 minutes, and 30 minute sessions would be reduced to 23 minutes.

Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we require at least 48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services.

Any appointment missed, late canceled, or changed without 48 hour notice will result in a charge of $100. It will not be covered by insurance.

Unfortunately we do not provide sessions through text messages or phone calls.
